Digital Experience Specialist
Overview Works independently and collaboratively to create, publish, and optimize digital content across the organization's web platforms. Responsible for enhancing user experience, supporting marketing initiatives, improving search performance, and ensuring accessibility compliance. Collaborates with internal teams to develop and implement digital content and system enhancements
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and four (4) years of digital production experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Functions involve the ability to exert light physical effort usually involving some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of light weight (up to 20 pounds). May involve some climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, walking or standing. ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee may encounter while performing the essential functions of this job. Functions are regularly performed inside without potential for exposure to adverse conditions, such as inclement weather, atmospheric elements and pathogenic substances.
