IT Security Specialist

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Service Now Solutions Architect for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

As a Service Now Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for leading an effort to assess existing vulnerability remediation tools, processes, and support capabilities. You will help define requirements and architect solutions and implementation plans to translate those capabilities into the ServiceNow Platform, leveraging your expertise in the Vulnerability Response, ITSM, ITOM, and KMS modules. This role will also be responsible for training existing team members on ServiceNow capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Assess existing vulnerability business processes, tools, and applications and develop business rules and requirements to design and configure into the relevant ServiceNow modules
• Quickly understand current vulnerability application features, business logic, and rules for categorizing, assigning, and routing vulnerabilities to the appropriate teams and determine the best path for integration into ServiceNow
• Assist with evolving existing governance routines to support ServiceNow business rules and workflow
• Translate existing reporting (Tableau, UI, etc) into standard ServiceNow reporting or functionality for a variety of personas
• Assist in training the team on the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response module and other platform capabilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience with a focus in the Vulnerability Response module, ITSM, ITOM, and KMS module
• Experience in Vulnerability Management, vulnerability remediation, or patching
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• Strong knowledge of Service Now Vulnerability Response module, JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow architecture

Desired skills:

• CIS and CAD certifications
• Experience with Jira and Tableau
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay range: $83.09 - $91.09 per hour
