Genesis10 is currently seeking a Data Integration Developer - Hybrid for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This is a senior technical role focused on the development and implementation of data integration solutions using Informatica and Hadoop within the Treasury Payments and Deposits domain. The ideal candidate will be a proficient technical resource capable of leading multiple projects and working with real-time and batch data integration. This position has a hybrid schedule requirement of a minimum of 3 days per week onsite. Responsibilities: Develop and implement data integration solutions involving Informatica and Hadoop Lead multiple projects concurrently, each with competing deadlines Serve as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource, providing technical knowledge and capabilities Coordinate with deployment and support teams to ensure projects are successfully deployed into testing and production environments Design, develop, and deploy real-time, near-real-time, and batch data integration solutions Work with people in different time zones and teams Requirements: Typically 6-7 or more years of data delivery/integration experience Proficiency with Informatica Very good understanding of Hadoop components, architecture, and toolsets At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Scala Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Spark Good knowledge of Spark configurations and Spark/Scala performance tuning Strong working knowledge of Hive, Impala, and Oozie Experience working with Oracle Exadata and SQL Tuning Hands-on experience in UNIX Shell Scripting Working experience in scheduling jobs with Autosys Development experience using the Agile process Desired skills: Experience with CI/CD build and deployment tools Knowledge of Kafka API development experience Financial Services / Banking experience Experience in distributed computing Pay range: $55.06 - $63.06 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
