For more information visit Thomas.edu. The Admissions Counselor's primary responsibility is to recruit new undergraduate students to Thomas College. This position requires extensive travel throughout New England and other states from September through November, with additional travel in March through May. The Admissions Counselor will represent Thomas College at high school visits and college fairs, build relationships with prospective students and their families, deliver presentations about the College, process application materials, and review applications for admission decisions. Flexibility is essential, including availability for evening and weekend work. This is an exciting and student-facing role where you'll share the Thomas College experience with future Terriers in a warm, engaging, and enthusiastic way. The qualified candidate will guide potential students through the admissions process. Attend recruitment events, fairs, and sending schools. Collaborate with other Thomas College departments such as Student Financial Services, Marketing and Athletics. Bachelor's degree required. Strong written and communication skills. Enthusiastic, positive, and student-centered mindset. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Ability to stand up to five hours. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Slate CRM preferred.
