The Plant Supervisor is responsible for all facility operations. Managing safety, quality, on-time, cost initiatives with relevant KPI's. Creating a culture of continuous improvement in all aspects of the facility. SOP process management and documentation, inventory accuracy, receiving, production, shipping, pick pack as well as support functions of the Gurnee facility. This position requires strong communication, documentation, and follow-through. Experience in manufacturing, inventory control/cycle counting, inventory audits, and associate development are required. A positive, forward thinker and doer challenging the norm and continuously looking for opportunities to improve. Recruits, hires, and develop staffing in line with Luxor culture.
