Program Manager, Field Actions

Job Summary

The Program Manager is responsible for the execution and management of field actions and ensuring all related activities required per Masimo's Quality Management System (QMS) are completed in an accurate and timely manner. The program manager is responsible for ensuring all required documentation, which includes records of the initiation, communication, monitoring and closure of field actions are created per the applicable regulations, standards and provisions defined in Masimo's QMS.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work with the Quality team, Masimo global sites, and customers to ensure field action compliance, product accounting and reconciliation of field actions.

• Support the creation and management of customer notifications, Marketing Flash documents, field action/recall strategies, status reports and closure notices by collaborating with the Quality team, cross-functional team members and customers.

• Communicate in an effective manner with internal employees, field employees and customers to help ensure timely and accurate execution of field actions, including the following: recalls, correction, customer notifications and/or removals initiated by Masimo.

• Perform other duties related to Quality Compliance, as required.

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a similar role or in a related area;

• Well organized and accustomed to maintaining excellent records;

• Basic computer skills including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and management of spreadsheets and generating reports;

• Excellent written and oral communications skills across all levels of the organization and with international sites and customers.

• Ability to work with minimal guidance;

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5years of Medical Device industry experience

Education

BA/BS or equivalent years of related experience required

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000 - $135,000 plus benefits. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience.

This position also qualifies for up to 10% annual bonus based on Company, department, and individual performance.

This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Ability to physically pack, ship, move, unpack, set up and execute equipment for study at clinical site, repack and ship back to Masimo. No travel required.
