Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM, Mon - Fri (OT as needed, including weekends)

Here's what we're looking for.

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree preferred).
• 3+ years of warehouse or shipping/receiving experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of receiving processes, inventory systems, and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment and resolve issues effectively.
• Certification or experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily receiving activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in unloading, checking, and processing incoming shipments.
• Verify shipment contents against purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices, reporting discrepancies or damages.
• Direct and train receiving associates on proper procedures, safety standards, and equipment use.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming inventory and ensure timely entry into the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Collaborate with purchasing, inventory control, and other departments to resolve issues with shipments, shortages, or returns.
• Oversee the organization and staging of received goods to ensure smooth transition to storage or production areas.
• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes as needed to meet operational goals.
• Enforce safety protocols and promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Conduct periodic cycle counts and support full inventory audits as required.
• Provide daily/weekly reporting on receiving performance and any issues encountered.
