Job Description:

Responsible for overseeing all inbound receipts, labeling, and proper put away of materials. Oversight for all outbound shipping including proper packaging, loading of trailers, interfacing & scheduling of drivers, and creation of all associated paperwork. Ownership of all things inventory control related such as building organization, cycle counts, and haz/non-haz waste storage. Yard coordination of trailer inventory, yard organization, and trailer movements among 3rd party spotter/shuttle drivers. Good housekeeping practices in all areas of the warehouse including 5S practices. Development of process improvement initiatives to increase efficiencies, inventory accuracy, and reduce costs.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Ability to lead, coach, teach, and train in a manner that aligns with Company Purpose
  • Extensive knowledge of all Warehouse Processes and Warehouse Systems
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and think proactively
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while walking and repetitively lifting 50 lbs.
  • Ability to collaborate within a team environment.
  • Ability to coordinate and organize efficient and dependable warehouse processes
