Description * Manage a range of customer account assignments with varying levels of complexity. * Run and format regular reports using internal systems to monitor productivity and performance metrics. * Develop and maintain spreadsheets to track account balances and generate customized summaries. * Serve as a point of contact between customers and internal teams to address account-related questions or issues. * Collaborate with billing and operations teams to review discrepancies and support corrective actions. * Document all activities related to customer accounts and ensure information is consistently updated in the appropriate financial systems. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Orland Park, IL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
