Our client is a CA based defense law firm in business for 30 years with 10 locations statewide. They are known for their expertise in worker's compensation, employment law and general liability for employers. They provide top notch legal services to corporations and businesses including handling wage disputes, discrimination claims, and audit consulting.

Responsibilities:

They are seeking a forward-thinkingWorkers' Compensation Attorney who can work a hybrid schedulewith some travel required for appearances, hearings, depositions, and mandatory office meetings. Their Attorneys manage the legal defense of Workers' Compensation cases from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation. The attorneys work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators. All they ask is that you live in the State of California and are active with the CA Bar.
