Overview
Placement Type: Temporary Salary: $35 Hourly $35/hr Start Date: Mar 6, 2026 Project Manager, Ink & Toner Packaging Imagery The Mission: We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to oversee the creation and lifecycle of packaging imagery for our Ink and Toner portfolios. This isn't just about moving files; it's about navigating what is needed to create the projects required to upload the ink and toner packaging imagery into our systems. You will be the "air traffic control" for high-volume image assets, ensuring every product has the right, is accurate, covers all the necessary elements, and is delivered on time. What You'll Do: Project Orchestration: Lead the end-to-end creation process for packaging renders and photography, and ensure that all images have the right metadata and are uploaded correctly in our content repository (DAM) Strategic Problem Solving: Identify bottlenecks in the production workflow and implement solutions before they impact deadlines. Risk Mitigation: Act as the first line of defense. You are expected to have the professional "spider-sense" to know when a small delay or technical error is about to snowball, flagging it to stakeholders with a proposed solution in hand. Stakeholder Management: Work across cross-functional teams to ensure all images get uploaded correctly and on time, removing any potential roadblocks and informing the stakeholders when there is an issue that needs addressing. Resourcefulness: Navigate complex internal systems, finding ways to "get to yes" even when faced with unforeseen situations. What We Need in a Candidate: Self-Starter Initiative: You don't wait for a manual. You see a gap in a process, and you fill it. You take ownership of the project's success from day one. Resilience & Frustration Tolerance: We need someone who stays level-headed under pressure and views "impossible" deadlines as a puzzle to be solved rather than a source of stress. Elite Organizational Skills: You will be managing hundreds of SKUs and assets simultaneously. Your ability to track minute details without losing sight of the big picture is essential. Decisive Communication: You know how to communicate clearly and urgently. Most importantly, you know when to escalate. You aren't afraid to raise a red flag early to protect the project. Resourceful Problem-Solving: When a standard path is blocked, you find a creative detour. You are a "fixer" who thrives on finding efficiencies. Key Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in project management (preferably in packaging, creative agency, or high-tech marketing) #LI-MS2 | |
