In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting critical onboarding and provisioning processes, ensuring that all personnel have the necessary tools and access to perform their duties effectively. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain compliance with access governance requirements, directly impacting the readiness and productivity of the workforce. **What You'll Do:** * Participate in the development, implementation, documentation, and evaluation of training programs.
* Serve as a training instructor, providing orientation for various staff levels.
* Prepare comprehensive instructional materials.
* Provide day-to-day operational support, including troubleshooting and technical analysis related to onboarding and provisioning.
* Ensure all access requests comply with established security, compliance, and access governance requirements.
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers to validate job template accuracy and confirm complete and correct provisioning requests for Day One readiness.
* Manage the submission of access and provisioning requests, coordinating with IT and cross-functional stakeholders.
* Track tasks through completion to ensure timely delivery of technology and system access.
* Resolve access issues, identify missing or incorrect roles, and facilitate updates or additions as business needs evolve.
* Take ownership of the team mailbox to manage incoming requests, respond to inquiries, prioritize work, and provide clear communication to stakeholders.
* Partner with IT teams to ensure onboarding technology and system access are delivered efficiently and within required timelines. **What You'll Bring:** * Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
* Four or more years of experience developing and/or delivering training.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate both technical and non-technical material in a readily understandable manner.
* Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with hiring managers, IT teams, and key stakeholders.
* Effective time management and a high level of attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple requests concurrently while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
* A customer-focused approach when supporting new and existing employees.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve onboarding and provisioning issues.
