Key Duties and Responsibilities

Aware of work area trucks etc.

Communicate with hauled equipment

Understands stake's and boundary's

Able to identify soft and rough areas *

Moves at a steady speed with a full moboard *

Able to grade for positive drainage

Keep level and uniform

Qualifications

Must have a valid Driver License

Knowledgeable in OSHA standards

Willingness to learn and accept direction from supervisors

Ability to work outside in all weather conditions

Frequently sit, stand, walk, crouch, kneel, climb and periodically lift up to 50lbs

Communication and interpersonal skills are a must

Ability to manage time, multitask and prioritize
