Job Summary The Director, Industry Value Engineering at Equinix is a senior strategic leader responsible for shaping, quantifying, and articulating the business value of Equinix's platform and solutions. This role blends toptier consulting rigor, capital markets expertise, deep vertical insight, and exceptional storytelling to build defensible ROI models, executive-ready business cases, and compelling customer value narratives. This individual will help build and scale the Value Engineering function at Equinix, operating as a true playercoach. The right candidate brings extensive consulting experience, a strong customer-facing background, and a track record of enabling organizations to drive clear business outcomes through ROI analysis and structured value justification. You will partner closely with Equinix Marketing to define value creation frameworks and businesscase justification that enable marketers to become powerful storytellers, amplifying Equinix's differentiated industry value. You will also collaborate across Sales, Product, Advisory, Industry, and Strategy teams as Equinix evolves through major digital and AI-driven transformations. The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are: United States - New York City Office NYO1 : 171,000 - 257,000 USD / Annual United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 155,000 - 233,000 USD / Annual Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
