This position is designed as Hybrid.

Qualifications Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, systems management, or network engineering. Substitution of Experience for Education: Related experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis, up to four years. Overview Under general supervision, the Enterprise Application Administrator-Intermediate provides technical administration and support for enterprise-class applications and servers across development, test, and production environments. Responsibilities include routine system maintenance, performance tuning, issue troubleshooting, and support for software upgrades and deployments. This role ensures application availability and efficiency while supporting the planning and implementation of enterprise IT solutions. It is distinguished from entry-level roles by its operational independence and from advanced roles by the absence of infrastructure design responsibilities. Responsibilities 1. System Maintenance & Upgrades - Installs, configures, patches, and upgrades enterprise software and related components in all environments. 2. Troubleshooting & Support - Diagnoses and resolves application and server issues; escalates complex issues to vendors or upper-tier support. 3. Performance Monitoring - Uses tools to monitor server and application performance, identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks. 4. Environment Management - Maintains development, test, and production environments to support seamless deployment and change control. 5. Documentation & Scripts - Develops administration scripts, procedural documentation, and business continuity documentation. 6. Collaboration - Coordinates with database administrators, developers, and infrastructure teams for integrated application support. 7. Security & Compliance - Maintains user roles, performs security audits, and ensures policy compliance. 8.
