This position is National Remote. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in Minneapolis, Virginia, Maryland, or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office for a minimum of four (4) days per week.

This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8am - 5pm MST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

We offer 2-3 weeks of paid training. The hours of training will be based on your schedule.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing and servicing lease and small business loan transactions, including new loan setups, payments, paydowns, and rate changes
  • Review lease and loan documents to ensure accurate system setup and compliance with internal policies
  • Support the funding and disbursement process for leases and small business loans, ensuring all required documentation is complete
  • Maintain accurate records in the loan servicing system, including collateral details, payment schedules, and customer information
  • Monitor loan and lease accounts for payment discrepancies, delinquencies, or exceptions, and escalate issues as needed
  • Prepare basic reconciliations and reports related to lease and small business loan portfolios for management review
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding loan and lease accounts, providing clear and timely information
  • Support audits and regulatory reviews by gathering documentation and assisting with explanations related to lease and small business lending
  • Collaborate with team members in Operations, Credit, and Compliance to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in lease and small business loan operations
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of experience in loan operations, lease servicing, or a related financial services role
  • Familiarity with lease and small business loan documentation and processes
  • Basic understanding of loan accounting principles and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and loan servicing/accounting systems
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams and customers
  • Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with both lease and small business loan operations
  • Experience supporting process improvements or system enhancements
  • Exposure to commercial or consumer lending environments
  • Knowledge of standard lease and loan documentation requirements (e.g., SBA, equipment finance, real estate)
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for small business lending
  • Reside within the state of Utah

Telecommuting Requirements:

  • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
  • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
  • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.89 - $42.69 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
