THE ROLE: The Global Transportation Management System (TMS) Lead is responsible for defining and executing AMD's enterprise TMS strategy. In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of our global TMS platform-from roadmap and architecture through vendor selection, implementation, integration, deployment, and longterm optimization. You will work across Logistics, IT, Procurement, Finance, Trade Compliance, and regional operations teams to deliver scalable, automated, and datadriven transportation capabilities that enhance AMD's global supply chain performance. This position operates with high autonomy and is a key driver in modernizing AMD's logistics technology ecosystem, with a strong focus on automation and AIenabled capabilities.
You are a technically strong program leader who excels at the intersection of logistics operations, enterprise systems, and data. You bring clarity to ambiguity, communicate effectively at all levels, and drive alignment across diverse global stakeholders. You operate independently, make sound architecturelevel decisions, and prioritize scalable, standardized solutions that deliver measurable business value.
