  • Establishing and maintaining a project-specific Approved Vendor List (AVL) that aligns with project technical, commercial, and quality requirements.
  • Overseeing the preparation and issuance of Request for Quotation (RFQ) packages, ensuring clear technical and commercial specifications.
  • Leading the commercial and technical evaluation of supplier bids, ensuring vendor selection supports best overall value.
  • Preparing and presenting recommendations for award to senior leadership and project stakeholders.
  • Ensuring procurement delivery timelines support project construction and commissioning schedules.
  • Driving cost control and value optimization across all procurement packages.
  • Leading supplier negotiations and contract finalization with equipment manufacturers, contractors, and service providers.
  • Managing third-party contract services including scope definition, commercial terms, and performance monitoring.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing supply chain teams across multiple disciplines including procurement, contracts, expediting, logistics, and supplier management.
  • Collaborating with engineering, project management, construction, and finance teams to ensure integrated project execution.
  • Driving continuous improvement in systems, processes, and supply chain tools, contributing to the development of best practices across the organization.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, commercial, and governance requirements across all procurement activities.
  • Providing strategic reporting and recommendations to senior leadership regarding supply chain risks, opportunities, and performance.

What you'll bring to the role

What you'll bring to the role is a combination of deep supply chain expertise, strategic leadership, and the ability to deliver results within complex project environments.

Key qualifications and experience include:
