The Learning Delivery Specialist is responsible for the professional delivery of training programs across the organization, specifically within leadership, sales, and professional development. This role serves as the primary facilitator for the talent development function, leading high-impact experiences in both in-person and virtual environments to meet the strategic needs of the enterprise.

This position is a facilitation expert who ensures the successful transfer of knowledge to a diverse, distributed workforce. By leveraging adult learning principles and modern delivery techniques, the Learning Delivery Specialist ensures that learning solutions are consistent, engaging, and directly impact performance. The role partners closely with Learning Program Managers and subject matter experts to ensure that every session-whether delivered in a classroom or via a digital platform-is relevant and field-ready.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Multi-Modality Facilitation



  • Dynamic Delivery: Facilitate a broad range of training programs including leadership development, sales excellence, and professional skills for diverse audiences.
  • Virtual & In-Person Expertise: Masterfully lead sessions across multiple environments, including traditional classroom settings and virtual platforms, ensuring high engagement and participation in both.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Utilize adult learning principles to develop competencies and skills, ensuring that learning is translated into actionable behavior change on the job.
  • Train-the-Trainer (TTT): Conduct TTT sessions to equip other team members and subject matter experts with facilitation skills, allowing information to be disseminated quickly and consistently.


Content Partnership & Alignment



  • Design Collaboration: Partner with Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to provide feedback on Facilitator Guides and Participant Materials to ensure they are practical and field-ready.
  • Continuous Program Improvement: Proactively suggest modifications to existing programs based on learner feedback and real-world application observed during delivery.
  • Change Management Support: Partner with stakeholders to deliver impactful change management training during organizational shifts or acquisitions.


Operations & Impact Reportin



  • Effectiveness Tracking: Monitor and report on the general effectiveness of training sessions, providing reporting and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Administrative Stewardship: Coordinate the maintenance of accurate training records, track session attendance, and monitor costs to maintain budgetary control.


Minimum Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Required:



  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience in training facilitation; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years leadership experience managing a team strongly preferred


Preferred:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of related experience in training facilitation and delivery.
  • DDI Certified Facilitator
  • DiSC Certification
  • Hogan Certification

  • Adaptive Facilitation: Ability to "read the room" and pivot delivery styles to meet the unique needs of different learner groups, from front-line employees to senior leadership.
  • Questioning & Discovery: Mastery of open-ended questioning techniques to drive deeper reflection and peer-to-peer learning.
  • Conflict Management: Ability to manage difficult classroom dynamics and redirect off-topic discussions back to learning objectives.
  • Communication and Influence: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and present data-backed insights to stakeholders.
  • Self-Management: Ability to work remotely and independently with a high degree of urgency and minimal supervision.

  • Work environment will vary from an office setting where the individual would generally be sedentary to moving around training room and presenting to a large audience.
  • May be required to occasionally lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects up to 80 pounds.
  • Position will be required to travel to locations where training will be conducted - approx. 70% - 80%.
