The Daily Grind (aka What You'll Do):

• Assemble cardboard retail displays in a fast-paced production environment
• Open product boxes safely using a box cutter
• Remove products from packaging and stock displays with merchandise
• Insert pricing tags and labels onto completed displays
• Prepare completed displays for shipment by wrapping pallets with plastic and securing with zip ties
• Ensure displays are assembled correctly and meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while keeping production moving efficiently
• Follow safety rules and help keep the floor clear
• Show up steady and put in a real day's work
• Pay attention - details make the difference
• Be open to learning and improving every shift
• Work side by side with your crew - no drama, just teamwork
