Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Previous experience in a plating, chemical handling, or wet lab environment preferred.
• Strong manual dexterity for handling small, delicate electronic components.
• Ability to read and follow complex written work instructions (SOPs).
• Comfortable standing for long periods in a production environment.
• Ability to remain active and lift 50 pounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chemical Processing:Operate plating equipment and handle chemicals/solutions for the plating of ceramic capacitors (typically involving nickel, tin, or gold).
• Measurement & Testing:Use precision instruments (micrometers, X-ray thickness gauges) to verify plating thickness and quality.
• Equipment Maintenance:Monitor bath temperatures, pH levels, and solution concentrations; perform basic maintenance on tanks and racks.
• Compliance:Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, including the use of PPE and proper hazardous waste handling.
• Documentation:Accurately log production data and quality inspection results in accordance with MIL-PRF specifications.
