Overview Gilbane Development Company is hiring an Associate Director of Compliance, a senior leadership role responsible for enterprise-wide oversight of affordable housing compliance across the Eastaway Property Management LLC and Calvary Street Property Management LLC portfolios. This position provides strategic, regulatory, operational, and systems leadership for Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and project-based affordable housing programs across New York City, Washington, DC, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. Responsibilities Portfolio-Wide Compliance Oversight Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team. The pay ranges from $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
