What You'll Need 2 years of previous maintenance experience Forklift certification preferred Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical repairs Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel, computer surveys) Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks Strong work ethic and reliability Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends if needed Your Workday in Action Perform general plumbing maintenance that does not require a plumbing license Perform general electrical repairs that do not require licensing Repair drywall Perform interior painting Install shelving Install minor appliances Complete additional minor repair tasks as needed Operate the Zamboni machine and a forklift Maintain parking lot cleanliness Maintain yard and exterior areas Use Outlook for communication and reporting What You Get Solid weekly pay you can count on.
