Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Data Analyst Overview Flux is supporting a FEMA project in New Mexico and is building a pool of senior?level Data Analyst Subject Matter Experts. This role supports data analysis, reporting, and decision?support activities across FEMA recovery operations and program management efforts. What You'll Support Analysis and interpretation of complex datasets Development of reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries Data quality validation and process improvement efforts Translation of data into actionable insights for program teams Ad?hoc analysis supporting recovery operations What We're Looking For 10+ years of experience in data analysis, analytics, information systems, or related fields Experience supporting government or large?scale programs preferred Professional certifications could include, but are not limited to: Data analytics certifications, GIS certifications, data science credentials, or comparable technical certifications
