What You'll Be Doing

You'll keep orders moving, support customers, and help sales stay on track. You'll work closely with sales, finance, and logistics teams to make sure details are right, communication is clear, and everything stays on schedule.

What We're Looking For

• 5-10 years of sales experience in outdoor living, construction, or related industries
• Proven track record of quota achievement and strong closing ratios
• Proficiency with 3D design software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of construction concepts

You'll Do Well Here If You

Sales & Business Development

• Proactively generate and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, referrals, and networking
• Drive the full sales cycle from consultation through contract execution
• Deliver value-based selling focused on craftsmanship, quality, and long-term investment
• Maintain CRM accuracy and meet monthly and annual revenue goals

Design & Technical Expertise

• Create high-end outdoor living designs using 3D design software (Pool Studio preferred)
• Conduct site evaluations, measurements, and feasibility assessments
• Collaborate with drafting, engineering, and permitting teams to ensure buildable, compliant designs
• Develop creative solutions for complex site conditions

Client Experience

• Serve as primary point of contact throughout design and sales phases
• Present professional proposals with accurate pricing and detailed project scope
• Ensure seamless transition from signed contract to construction team
