Must-Haves:
Self-directed; works autonomously under a Technical Lead
Git & Perforce (P4) - complex repo/branching/multi-site management
Synopsys VCS & Verdi (simulation & waveform debug)
CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins or GitLab for HW regression/linting
Scripting: Python, Perl, Bash/TCSH
Build flows using GNU Make or similar
Job schedulers (LSF/Slurm) & HPC storage optimization
JIRA, Confluence, PowerBI
Must support US/Canada + India time zones

Responsibilities:
Maintain & optimize design verification automation frameworks
Manage compute/storage resources for large simulation environments
Modernize workflows with AI-assisted tooling
Collaborate daily with core Infrastructure team in India

Nice to Have:
HTML/web dashboards, AI coding tools (Cline/Codex/Genie), AI-driven log triage, Ruby scripting, SQL
