As the Director of Admissions, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming admission experience for new residents and their families. Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the resident admissions process from referral through admission

• Ensuring all required records and documentation are obtained prior to admission

• Coordinating with residents and family members to complete admission paperwork

• Communicating with internal departments to ensure rooms and services are prepared prior to arrival

• Supporting a seamless transition into the facility while maintaining compliance and accuracy

Your organization, communication, and attention to detail will help ensure residents feel welcomed, safe, and supported from their very first day.

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• At least 1 year of experience in admissions, marketing, or a related role

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related experience preferred, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate
