Provide additional oversite & mentorship to the management team along with providing additional direction and support to the associated field crews. This position carries a large amount of responsibility with a primary focus on Safety and Leadership support while also ensuring restoration and other emergency activities related to Electric Operations are safely and reliably addressed in accordance with set policies, standards and objectives within the operational and budget performance of the assigned area and multiple platforms. Due to the unpredictability of outages (due to weather, etc.), flexibility within this role is required and the incumbent must be prepared to cancel all personal plans if there are developing circumstances for a potential outage in a region. This role can be in the Central or Eastern Upstate NY areas. Key Accountabilities
