As a Sr Rep - Employee Data Processing here's the work you'll do:

Your Talent Acquisition partner will work closely with you to confirm the office location that best aligns with the role and your home location, ensuring you have the right balance of connection, collaboration, and flexibility to thrive. The Sr Employee Data Processing Representative is responsible for acting as a knowledge resource for other BSO team members relating to the HR transactional process, completing audits of the team's transactional activity, as well as executing HR-related transactional services in a timely and accurate manner. These transactional services include transactions and processes related to onboarding employees as well as transactional maintenance of employee data during the entire employee lifecycle. The Sr Employee Data Processing Representative must also document and review current processes and provide suggestions for improvements to drive efficiencies. Responsibilities
