Responsibilities:



  • Lead and manage employee relations investigations involving harassment, misconduct, performance concerns, and policy violations, ensuring thorough documentation and legal compliance.
  • Collaborate with leadership to gather facts, conduct interviews, and deliver unbiased findings and recommendations aligned with Texas labor law.
  • Support the development, implementation, and consistent enforcement of HR policies and procedures across all levels of the organization.
  • Deliver and support compliance training for managers on workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and employment law best practices.
  • Serve as a mediator in workplace disputes, utilizing alternative dispute resolution (ADR) strategies to prevent escalation and promote equitable outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records and prepare reports on employee relations trends, risk mitigation strategies, and compliance initiatives.
  • Provide guidance to leadership on employment law compliance to reduce liability and protect organizational integrity.


Requirements:

This is primarily an office-based role with regular interaction on the production floor.



  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in employee relations, workplace investigations, and policy enforcement.
  • Strong knowledge of Texas labor laws and federal employment regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple investigations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Exceptional communication, documentation, and conflict resolution skills with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
