We're seeking a Senior Manager to join our Life Sciences Portfolio based in Philadelphia. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape strategy, lead high-performing teams, and drive growth across one of our most dynamic and influential business units. In this position, you will lead and expand multi-million-dollar client accounts while collaborating with some of the largest and most prestigious global Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences organizations.

YOU WILL:

  Lead large, complex programs or multiple concurrent engagements, with cross-functional teams of 10+ people.

  Drive business development, account leadership, and solution delivery (change management, project management, and technology) across the Life Sciences sector.

  
  

• 
  

  Develop creative, client-focused solutions that deliver long-term success.

  
  

• 
  

  Build and leverage client and team relationships to drive results and fuel growth.

  
  

• 
  

  Identify and sell solutions that provide real value to clients through our holistic consulting approach.

  
  

WE'D IDEALLY LIKE:

• 
  

  Demonstrable mid-level management consulting, advisory, professional services, and/or Big 4 consulting experience. Previous experience in Life Sciences is a plus.

  Experience growing client accounts, with a proven history of delivering measurable results.
