Description Acara Solutions is seeking a Production Expeditor to join our client on a Temp-to-Hire opportunity in Littleton, CO (80127). Pay Rate: $25/hour Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts (overtime may be required) Employment Type: Temp to Hire Position Summary The Production Expeditor supports shop floor operations by ensuring materials, parts, and documentation are available so production stays on schedule. This role helps identify and resolve shortages, track parts, and coordinate with multiple teams to maintain production flow. Key Responsibilities Track and move critical materials and parts between receiving, inventory, and production areas Verify part kits are complete and ready before work orders begin Identify and report material shortages or delays to planning or procurement teams Monitor purchase order status and supplier delivery updates Assist technicians by locating missing drawings, travelers, or tooling Provide updates on part readiness and shortages to production leadership Coordinate with production, warehouse, and planning teams to maintain schedule flow Job Requirements Required Qualifications Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship Minimum 2+ years of manufacturing, production support, or expediting experience Experience working with ERP/MRP systems or production tracking tools Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production setting After you apply, you may receive a call or message from our AI Talent Scout about this role or other opportunities that match your skills and preferences.
