The Vice President of Sales sets and executes the company's commercial strategy to drive profitable growth, expand market share, and strengthen key customer relationships. Operating in a steel distribution environment, this role provides enterpriselevel leadership while maintaining close alignment across sales, pricing, operations, and supply chain.The VP of Sales builds and leads a highperforming sales organization, establishes disciplined sales execution, and partners with Operations, Purchasing, Finance, and Marketing to deliver sustained margin and volume growth. Requirements
Salary $175,000 - $215,000 annually plus commission. A starting salary higher than $175K annually is based on a level of experience and education that significantly exceeds the minimum requirements and is commensurate with the compensation scale.
