Membership Sales Specialist - Maui, HI

OnTarget Earnings: $75,785.28 - $180,000

Base Salary Options: $35,000 or $45,000 (nonnegotiable) |Plus Car allowance + Uncapped commission
Location: Hybrid (90% fieldbased; 10% remote) | Must live within 50-75 miles of Maui or Honolulu

We are seeking a dynamic and community-oriented Territory Sales Managerto generate leads and sales for our AirMedCare Network membership via local B2C and B2B channels. Through local community engagement, you will build a robust pipeline of business to support the territory's budgets while also contributing to your team's total budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in healthcare membership or insurance services, and a passion for community outreach.

AirMedCare Network(AMCN)is part ofGlobal Medical Response(GMR) - the largest medical transportation company in the world. AMCN delivers compassionate, quality medical care, primarily in the areas of emergency and patient relocation services in the United States. We offer unique membership programs including emergent air, Fly-U-Home and ground ambulance.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with the Community: Spend most of your time meeting with local businesses (70%) and residents (30%), talking story at events, and sharing how AMCN membership brings mlama (care) and peace of mind to our communities.
  • Build Community Partnerships: Collaborate with local associations, small businesses, and community groups-strengthening trust and long-term pilina (relationships) through referrals, cold calls, events, and gatherings.
  • Lead a Consultative Sales Process: Guide prospects through the full sales cycle with empathy, clarity, and respect.
  • Strengthen Local Presence: Represent AMCN at community events, fairs, and partner venues to uplift visibility and build pono (trust) across Maui's close knit communities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma (or equivalent).
  • Licensing: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Sales Experience: 3+ years of fieldbased B2B or B2C sales management (preferred).
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with local businesses, neighborhoods, and community networks is a plus.
  • Industry Experience: Healthcare membership, insurance, or emergency services experience is helpful (preferred).
