Palo Verde Behavioral Health is looking for an experienced Business Development Professional! Come join our team!

TheBus Dev Coord/Repdirectly serves as the liaison between the facility, the community, and referring agencies.This positionisdirectly responsiblefor creating demand for the facility's services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods. In collaboration with the Director of Business Development and Business Development Team, theBus Dev Coord/Reppresents a positive and professional public image of the facility within the community. This position is responsible forthe implementation ofthe facility's strategic sales plan, enhancing the facility's brand/image, effectively managing their assigned territory and accounts, and works to achieve departmental and facility business development goals.This individualmust be able todemonstratetact, resourcefulness,patienceand dedication in a fast-paced environment.

Hours are based ondepartmentaland facility needs and may include day,eveningand weekend hours, as directed by the Director of Business Development.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor'sdegree in marketing, business or related field required.Experience may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in lieu of a degree.

Experience: Priormarketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.Three years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships preferred.

Licensure: Must have a valid driver's licensewitha good drivingrecordand willingness/availability to travel within the state of Arizona in personal vehicle.

Other: Must be at least 21 years of age and must be able to obtain andmaintainan AZ Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITON:

  • Must be tested for Tuberculosis with a PPD skin test or chest x-ray upon hire; PPD skin test required annually or chest x-ray every 4 years thereafter.
  • Must obtain and maintain a Class 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance
