As a Security Officer - Warehouse Reception in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal at a busy logistics and distribution location where you will be the welcoming first point of contact at the front desk. You will help manage access, greet and direct visitors, support badge and key control, monitor cameras and alarms, and document activity with clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Operate the front desk access control process by greeting and directing visitors, verifying identification, issuing temporary badges, and maintaining accurate visitor and delivery logs.
• Coordinate check-in and check-out for shipments and appointments by communicating with warehouse and/or transportation teams, routing drivers to designated areas, and reporting irregularities.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and entry points from the front desk, document notable activity, and report concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, completing timely reports and escalating as needed per post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 6+ months of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
