As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns, document activity, and communicate clearly with tenants, visitors, and site teams. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, guests, and property staff by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including common areas, parking locations, loading zones, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual conditions, then report and/or document findings, hazards, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents per post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including calling for assistance, providing clear directions, and coordinating with property management and/or emergency services as needed.
• Complete written and/or electronic reports such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift pass-downs, maintaining clear communication with the site supervisor and/or property representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
