As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine rounds, remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support staff, patients, and visitors with courteous service. You will respond to calls for assistance, document observations, and communicate clearly with the care team and leadership. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior corridors, parking areas, and building perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support and coordination with site leadership and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Control access at designated entrances and restricted areas by observing pedestrian and vehicle traffic, verifying authorization when required, and maintaining visitor flow procedures.
• Complete detailed reports and shift logs, document incidents and observations, and communicate status updates and patrol findings to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Have 2+ years' service in a healthcare or medical-related field.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
