As a Security Officer Data Center Patrol in Mount Juliet, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer supporting a fast-paced tech, media, and telecom location. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with clear communication and customer-focused service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a technology and telecommunications location.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to identify and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and perform access control duties including verifying identification and/or credentials, directing visitors to sign-in requirements, and assisting with delivery and contractor check-in procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as needed and providing clear directions to occupants.
• Complete required documentation such as daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs, and communicate observations during shift turnovers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
