As an Armed Patrol Officer in a retail and mall location, you will conduct high-visibility patrols, respond to incidents, and support security-related operations with clear communication and customer-focused service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patrons and store staff while carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter, observing for unusual activity and conditions.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, contacting law enforcement and/or emergency services, and following post orders.
• Help to deter theft, vandalism, and disruptive behavior through high-visibility presence, professional interaction, and timely reporting of suspicious activity.
• Complete required documentation such as incident reports, patrol logs, and shift activity reports, and communicate key information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an Armed Guard Card/License.
• Be 21+ Years of Age.
• Possess Level III Armed Certification Texas Only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
