What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to onsite personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, access control policies, and/or emergency response activities at a food and beverage manufacturing and distribution location.
• Control entry and exit at gates, lobbies, and/or dock areas by verifying identification, checking appointments and/or delivery documentation, and directing authorized visitors, contractors, and drivers to the correct destinations.
• Monitor access control systems, visitor management logs, and/or CCTV as assigned, and report irregular activity, policy violations, and/or equipment issues to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications, documenting events, and assisting with post-incident reporting.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, production-adjacent areas, parking lots, and perimeter, and complete required reports and/or checklists per site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
