As a Security Officer - Truck Gate in Lewisberry, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will help manage site entry and exit, greet drivers and associates, verify credentials, monitor activity, and document security-related observations. You will remain visible, communicate clearly, and support routine patrols and incident reporting to help reduce disruptions. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Control access at entry and exit points by checking identification, verifying credentials, managing visitor and contractor sign-in, and directing drivers and deliveries to designated areas.
• Monitor inbound and outbound vehicle and trailer activity by maintaining logs, confirming scheduled shipments and/or pickups per site procedures, and communicating irregularities to site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with initial notifications, documenting events, and completing required reports.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, yard, and perimeter while observing for security-related concerns and reporting maintenance and/or operational issues per post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
