As an unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will complete routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support staff, patients, and visitors with clear communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical-related disturbances, disorderly conduct, and unauthorized entry concerns, escalating to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems, document observations, and report maintenance concerns and unusual activity to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Complete accurate incident reports, shift logs, and patrol documentation, and assist with controlled access, visitor processing, and staff credential checks in accordance with site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be 21+ years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
