As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will help support daily operations by monitoring security-related systems, coordinating officer response, tracking activity, and communicating updates to leaders and on-site teams. You will provide a visible, service-first presence, assist with incident documentation, and help maintain clear communication during routine activity and unexpected events. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial services location.
• Monitor alarms, CCTV, access control, and other security-related systems; receive calls for service and dispatch field personnel as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating notifications to management and/or local responders when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate security-related logs and reports, including incident documentation, dispatch records, and shift activity summaries.
• Coordinate regular and random patrol coverage around the business and perimeter by assigning tasks, tracking status, and communicating updates to on-site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Have 1+ years of security experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
