Security Officer - Warehouse Patrol

As a Security Officer - Warehouse Patrol in Fulton, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will respond to alarms and access control needs, document activity using a computer or tablet, and support visitors and associates with clear, professional communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or operational concerns per post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the warehouse, loading areas, parking lots, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support orderly site operations.
• Monitor inbound and outbound truck and employee traffic, verifying access authorization and directing drivers and visitors to the appropriate check-in process per site policy.
• Complete shift activity reports and incident documentation, communicate key updates to site management and/or Allied Universal supervision, and support compliance with client-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm Panel Experience is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
