Summary:

The Executive Assistant II provides administrative and clerical support to our Chief Experience Officer and the Patient Family Experience leadership team. Responsibilities include routine clerical support as well as producing reports and presentations utilizing various graphic and spreadsheet software applications, coordination and support of regular meetings, special projects and events, meeting minutes and written and/or verbal communication with a wide range of individuals both internal and external to the company and system.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 3 years of secretarial experience to an executive in a similar or like position.

  • 5 years of Executive\Administrative Experience, preferred.

  • Secretarial or administrative experience in a healthcare environment preferred.

  • Bilingual strongly desired, Spanish preferred.

  • Ability to perform job duties with a minimum of direction and supervision.

  • Self-motivated, energetic, confident and a good communicator.

  • Act in a professional and appropriate manner at all times.

  • Maintain a pleasant and flexible attitude/demeanor.

  • Be proficient at basic computer skills with various software applications.

  • Ability to compose correspondence which includes good spelling and grammar skills.
