Pay Range: $76,000 - $109,000

The Investor Relations Senior Analyst for Somnigroup International Inc. will be a key contributor to the Investor Relations team, assisting in the development, execution, and strategic planning of investor communication and engagement initiatives. This role provides key resources to senior management and vital external stakeholders, such as sell-side analysts, investors, and financial media. The position reports directly to the Director of Investor Relations.

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):




  • Assist in preparing quarterly earnings materials and other investor communications, including conference call scripts, investor presentations, earnings releases, Q&A documents, press releases, corporate sustainability reports, and analytical and support materials.
  • Monitor and analyze research reports, earnings estimates, financial models, market trends, and macroeconomic developments to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and accurate communication of business strategy and financial performance.
  • Provide valuable industry insights and competitive intelligence to key leaders across the business.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of investor-focused events, including Investor Days, Las Vegas Market presentations, non-deal roadshows, site visits, store tours, and quarterly conference calls.
  • Conduct quarterly analysis of shareholder base and assist in driving investor targeting strategy.
  • Attend buy-side/sell-side calls or meetings as requested, ensuring accurate notetaking and IR CRM management.
  • Assist with managing workplans and calendars, corporate website updates, travel and meeting logistics, and departmental budget oversight.
  • Support ad hoc research and strategic initiatives as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • In-office role, with minimum travel requirements.

What You'll Need (Qualifications):




  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong command of financial statements and modeling, with demonstrated competency in Excel-based financial analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial and strategic information into clear and concise messages.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • A high level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field required; an MBA or CPA designation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) is essential.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
