As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced tech location, you will drive scheduled routes, conduct routine and visible patrols, and check key areas to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to calls for service, document activity, and support employees and visitors with clear communication and customer service. This is a primarily driving post requiring a valid driver's license that meets Allied Universal driver policy requirements, backed by an agile, reliable, innovative, integrity-driven team.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by following Allied Universal post orders, site-specific policies, and established security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office, data and equipment areas, parking lots, and the perimeter, documenting observations and helping to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor management processes, verifying credentials and directing individuals to approved destinations per site policy.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating notifications and assisting with emergency response activities as directed.
• Operate and monitor security-related systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control, and complete detailed reports of patrols, incidents, and policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
