Position Summary The Patient Experience Representative II is a crucial role in enhancing the patient experience, and is responsible for primarily checking out patients, scheduling, and referrals within an ambulatory clinical setting. This is a clerical role that is the first line representative to patients presenting to the clinic. This position works as a team member of the clinic to help ensure the success of the clinic. Requirements High school graduate or equivalent education/work experience Associates degree preferred One year of experience in the medical field, or 2 years of clerical experience in a non-medical field Two years medical experience preferred About Rockwood Clinic MultiCare Rockwood Clinic is one of the region's largest outpatient diagnostic and treatment centers, serving communities across eastern Washington, northern Idaho and western Montana. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $19.32 - $27.80 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
