Description and Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to the Services leadership team, providing financial insights and strategic guidance to support business decisions.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Drive performance analysis, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Delivery, etc.) to support business initiatives and optimize resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement financial models and tools to support decision-making and scenario planning.
  • Lead and mentor a finance team to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Support transformation initiatives and digital tools adoption to enhance financial processes and reporting.


Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within services-based organizations.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of services business models, subscription revenue, and solution-based offerings.
  • Proven track record in managing full P&L and driving financial performance in complex, global environments.
  • Experience managing and developing teams of 5-6+ members.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities; capable of influencing senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools; advanced Excel and modeling skills required.
